The Human Resource Committee was established to provide guidance and formulate human resource policies for The Diocese of West Missouri and to support congregations and staff with recommended processes. This committee makes recommendations to the Diocesan Council with matters regarding Clergy Compensation and the Church Medical Trust Insurance.
