On October 4th, the Daughters of the King was graciously hosted by the St. Macrina Chapter for the annual Fall Assembly at Christ Episcopal Church in Springfield, Missouri. There were 45 daughters in attendance from Chapters all across the diocese.
This year’s theme was an exploration of “Hidden Things” with the Rev. Joe Behen as the guest speaker, teaching the Chapters about Apocrypha. Following the lecture, the Daughters played a game of Apocrypha Jeopardy before ending the assembly with Eucharist.
