Shaping the Parish is a two-year training program drawing on the methods and knowledge of ascetical theology, organization development and other applied behavioral sciences. There are 60 workshop hours on Zoom, a course of required readings, and a number of projects to be carried out (this is an application of methods mostly done in between modules. Those seeking a certificate will do a larger project is done in the second year). New participants can enter the program at the beginning of any cycle.
