Strategic Planning Listening Sessions
“Thus says the Lord God: I myself will take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar; I will set it out. I will break off a tender shoot from the topmost of its young twigs; I myself will transplant it on a high and lofty mountain. On the mountain height of Israel I will transplant it, and it will produce boughs and bear fruit and become a noble cedar. Under it every kind of bird will live; in the shade of its branches will nest winged creatures of every kind.”
-Ezekiel 17:22-23
As we look toward the future of our diocese, we want to take the time to listen, learn, and discern together where God may be calling us. Building the future of our diocese is a shared effort, and your voice and experience within The Diocese of West Missouri is an important part of that process.
That is why The Diocese of West Missouri is inviting you to take part in one of our listening sessions. These listening sessions are a time for you to provide feedback and valuable insight that will help shape our strategic plan for the diocese. The Strategic Planning Committee will ask questions and gauge participation as we ramp up to revitalization for our diocese.
Our first listening session will be held over Zoom on Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m. The second Zoom listening session will be held on Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 p.m.
There are only 45 slots available for each listening session, so register through Zoom today to make sure your voice is heard.
