Kansas City/Heart of America Crop Hunger Walk
Kansas City/Heart of America is hosting a CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 12 at Country Club Christian Church.
Recent cuts to U.S. federal assistance have resulted in severe reductions to humanitarian funding both internationally and here at home. These cuts are forcing hospitals to close, limiting refugee services, and leaving local food banks stretched thin as more families struggle to meet their basic needs. Here in the U.S., cuts to programs like SNAP, Medicaid, and the Child Tax Credit are forcing families to rely more heavily on local support.
Funds raised will help fill shelves at local food banks, sustain critical global programs, and provide hope where it’s most needed. Click the link below to sign up.
