The 2025 Clergy Conference will be held on October 26 – 29 at Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center in Branson. Stone Castle features several amenities, including a complimentary breakfast each morning, pools and hot tubs, a day spa and salon, and other features that you’ll be able to access outside the conference itinerary.

This year’s clergy conference will focus on the well-being of clergy—body, mind, and spirit. The sessions will be led by Rebecca Barber, LPC, NCC, an ordained Presbyterian minister, who will guide us in exploring clergy needs, burnout prevention, self-care, and community-building. With more than a decade of parish ministry experience and nearly two decades as a licensed therapist working with clergy, Rebecca brings deep wisdom and practical tools for renewal. She is also the founder of Wellspring Renewal Center, dedicated to creating safe spaces for healing and restoration. We are also pleased to welcome Fr. J. Michael Matkin from the Diocese of Oklahoma, who will serve as our chaplain, bringing pastoral presence and support throughout the conference.

Please review our tentative itinerary and fill out the form below by September 26 if you’d like to attend. We will make every effort to meet your room request. If we have any questions or need to make changes to your room preference, we will contact you. People with handicap accessibility requirements will take priority. Note: If you plan to room with someone, only one of you will need to fill out the form. Please have both you and your roommate’s contact information ready to fill out.

A final itinerary and additional details will be available closer to the conference date.

If you have any other questions about this year’s conference, please contact Rachael Orth (events@diowestmo.org) for questions concerning rooms and registration, and contact the Very Rev. Jean Long (northwestmetro@diowestmo.org) for more details about the itinerary and other information.
