On Sunday, October 20th at 3 p.m., The Kansas City Metro Men’s Chorus will conduct a benefit concert at St. Mary Magdalene for The Single Mom KC organization.
The Single Mom KC organization has foundational priorities of hope, courage, and community that are built into a comprehensive, holistic program to equip families with spiritual and emotional growth. This faith based program provides:
- Connection and community with other moms
- Workshops that embrace, educate, nourish, and offer hope
- Practical, spiritual and leadership development opportunities
- Children’s programs for kids to explore and grow
- ‘Clothed with Dignity Boutique’ where moms can “shop” for free every month
The concert hall will be free, with an offering collected for the benefit of The Single Mom organization. The church is located just south of Loch Lloyd on Holmes Road.
