About
The Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations Commission promotes greater cooperation and understanding between the different denominations in Christianity, and with those of other faiths. Through the ecumenical ministries of The Episcopal Church, we have achieved a closer communion with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
In this ministry we follow Jesus who prayed to his Father that we might be one as they are one (John 17).
