Kim Snodgrass, Discipleship Team Facilitator, is keeping the diocese busy with youth events and other related news. Please check out the updates below and see how you and your youth can get involved.

Hello Friends!

Don’t you love fall? There are so many things to do that bring people together. I hope you’re able to take advantage of some of these, like pumpkin patches, bonfires, and gatherings with friends.

The upcoming Diocesan Youth Gathering (DYG) at Convention: Built by the Spirit keeps us connected!
📅 November 7–8 | 📍 Kansas City

Youth in grades 5–12 are invited to experience the wider Church in action—participating in creative, faith-rooted sessions, observing delegates on the convention floor, volunteering to serve, and connecting with peers from across the diocese. [Learn more and register here.]

🙌 The Discipleship Missioner Team is staying busy!

Both Meredith (youth@diowestmo.org) and Riley (youngadult@diowestmo.org) are reaching out by email and phone. When you hear from them, know they’re working to build relationships and walk alongside each of you in ministry. We’re deeply grateful for your prayers, input, and patience as we continue to revitalize and transform discipleship ministry. Please help us spread the word by forwarding this update to parents, volunteers, and clergy so we can keep building community together!
