Join an Advanced Directive at St. Luke’s Hospital

Saint Luke’s Hospital Spiritual Wellness and Ethics will be hosting an Advanced Directive event on April 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This event will provide Advanced Directive materials, answer questions and provide a notary. Please consider making your choices about how you want to live when life throws you a curve ball. Making these decisions is about our faith, how we understand quality of life and death.
