Please note that due to extreme caution over expected bitter temperatures, The Diocese of West Missouri has made the decision to reschedule the diaconal ordination to February 21 at 10 a.m. at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10 a.m., God willing, Christopher Ryan Dodson, Richard Michael Liantonio, Jory Mertens, Anita Ruth Scott-Philbrick, Barbara Janette Platter, and Brandon Mason Smee will be ordained into the Sacred Order of Deacons at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kansas City. Clergy are to vest in cassock, surplice, and red stoles.
