The March 1, 2026 deadline is quickly approaching for several required forms and reports from clergy and lay leadership. Please take a few moments to review the last-minute reminders below and complete any outstanding submissions as soon as possible.
Parochial Reports
Clergy or lay leaders in charge of a parish must submit their parochial reports here by March 1.
Lay Licenses
Please review the guidelines and submit your license application for Worship Leader and Pastoral Leader by March 1. Applications received after the deadline may results in a lapse of licensure.
Licensed Clergy
Licenses for all clergy ministering in West Missouri under license from the bishop will expire on Saturday, March 1. Clergy who wish to be relicensed for the coming year should complete the bottom portion of this online form to request relicensing before the deadline. Failure to submit the request will result in license expiration.
Non-Parochial Clergy (clergy not assigned to a parish, whether retired or not)
Please complete the online fillable form here by March 1.
Note: Non-parochial clergy should only report on ministries conducted (services, preaching, funerals, weddings, baptisms, etc.) outside of parishes and congregations. Ministries you conduct for a parish should already be recorded in a parish’s Register of Services to avoid double counting.
Bishop’s Committees
Please submit your Bishop’s Committee Request form as soon as possible. After the bishop approves your nominations, you will receive a link to the roster/slate form. Completed roster/slate forms are due by March 1.
Vestry Roster / Slate of Delegates
Submit your Vestry Roster and Slate of Delegates here by March 1.
