Faithful Episcopalians of West Missouri,
Last month, your Diocesan Council and budget committee shared a draft 2025 budget widely across the diocese, soliciting feedback as we continue to operate under the assumption that the work of budgeting is a collective endeavor of and for the whole diocese. After receiving and deliberating on the feedback submitted, the Diocesan Council adjusted the budget accordingly.
On September 14, 2024, the Diocesan Council unanimously approved this budget draft to be considered by the 2025 Annual Convention of The Diocese of West Missouri. In an effort to be timely and transparent, this unformatted draft is being shared with the entire diocese for consideration, with a formatted version to be prepared for presentation nearer to the convention.
