With the Happening Retreat being postponed until the new year, Grace Episcopal Church in Carthage would like to invite youth in grades 6 – 12 to join a lock-in from September 28 – 29.
The lock-in will begin at 5 p.m. on the 28th, which will include a walk to Central Park to enjoy the Hispanic Heritage Month festivities, games at the church, compline, music, movies, and more! Youth can eat beforehand, or bring money to buy food at the park. There will also be snacks at the church available after the festivities.
On Sunday the youth will have breakfast during Sunday School around 9 a.m., and then can attend either the 10:30 a.m. or noon service. For those who are attending the noon service and wish to go home after breakfast will need to check out with an adult.
