Communications Workshop

Are you looking to strengthen your parish communications and maximize your time? The Communications Director is excited to host a Communications Workshop for all parishes across the diocese!

Sign up for this interactive workshop that is focused on helping your church communicate clearly, creatively, and effectively. The workshop will include:

• Social media best practices
• Content creation & curation
• Advertising on Facebook and Instagram
• Best practices for using AI in your communications
• Parish resources
• Open Q&A and wrap-up session

The workshops will be hosted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 30 at Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kansas City and Saturday, June 27 at Christ Episcopal Church in Springfield. Lunch will be provided.

No matter what stage of a communicator you are; whether you’re a full-time coordinator or became the person who just “ended up running the Facebook page,” this workshop will have something for you.
