The form to submit requests for Centralized Grants, Property Grants or Lines of Credit is now live!

Thank you all for your patience as we put together the grant process for Centralized Grants, Property Grants and Lines of Credit. Please be sure to read the information concerning the online form carefully before you fill out a grant request. An outline of the various grant request processes is as follows:

Centralized Grants

Please note that the deadline for submission of a Centralized Grant is the first Tuesday of the month by 5 p.m. The Chair of the Centralized Grant committee will review the request and acknowledge receipt, and may ask for further information. The Centralized Grant committee will meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 4 p.m. to review the requests and make a decision to approve or not approve. If the request is approved, the application is forwarded to the FInance Administrator for payment. A report of all grants funded will be provided to the Diocesan Council monthly.

Property Grants

The Property Grant committee will acknowledge receipt of your request and may ask for further information. The Property Grant committee will meet on an as-needed basis when grant requests are received.

The Property committee will meet at 4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month via Zoom.

Lines of Credit

Lines of Credit are normally needed on an emergency basis. The Treasurer, Tom Kokjer, and the Finance Administrator, Ron Weil will review the request and expedite a process to fund the request as quickly as possible.
